About My Adoption Coach

My Adoption Coach was born (no pun intended) out of my own long and circuitous route to parenthood and not wanting other potential parents to face the heartaches, disappointments, rip-offs, delays, lack of truthful information and downright frustration that I did during my journey. (Alone, I might add.  I adopted as a single parent, but that is a whole other story!)

What I do is help you determine IF you are ready for adoption and all that means.  We explore your hopes, dreams and fears surrounding adoption.  I help dispel myths and provide encouragement and clarity. Together we look at your specific situation and work to develop an adoption plan that suits your individual needs. My goal is to provide you the best resources and information possible to expedite and empower your vision of becoming a parent.

I like to say that “I am the GPS (global positioning satellite) device for people on the road to parenthood through adoption.  I am gonna help you get there, the fastest way possible, but you have to drive the car.” *smile
